Screwed Rapids Time lapse

Check out this bad-ass time lapse put together by collective member Chris Harris! Watching the creation of this huge work is kinda like watching those Discovery Channel style time lapses of flowers growing, except flowers are not capable of crushing beer cans on their forehead and operating scissor lifts.

Grand Rapids, here we come!

The Screwed Arts Collective would like to thank everyone for their overwhelming support and generous donations to help make this project a reality. As of Wednesday morning August, 24th we achieved our $13,000 goal, which will help pay for art supplies, travel expenses, keeping a roof over our heads, and publishing a new book documenting the installation process! The Screwed Arts Collective will be heading up to the pleasant peninsula for a 10 day installation process at the UICA prior to the start of the ArtPrize festival on Sept 21st. The wall is massive, the artists are hungry, and the finished product will be epic. Check us out, support the Screwed Arts Collective, and show some love if you’re in the area!
